This sarabloh or Iron chakar kirpan is one of the most popular Dumala shastar we have. Its design and color make it suitable go with any color of Dumala.

The smaller version is 3.5 inch in length and 2.5 inch in wide.

The larger version is 4.5 inch in length and 2.7 inch in wide.

The Dumala is a type of turban worn by Sikhs.

The word Dumalla means "Du" meaning two and "Malla" meaning cloth or fabric. This is because there will usually be one fabric to form the base of the turban and a second to wrap around the base to form the turban itself.

Since these are made of Iron, they are prone to get rusty over time, unless taken care of. Put some oil on it to create a layer between the surface and open air.

If any rust is found over time on these shastars, it is Preferred to use Lemon syrup or Sand to rub for few times to clean it.

After wards apply a small amount of coconut oil to provide shiny look. This will act as Anti-corrosive.
